Refund Policy

Digital Generation Service

Given the digital and instantaneous nature of our AI legal notice generation, the standard product is considered consumed the moment you click 'Generate PDF'. Therefore, the self-send generation fees are generally non-refundable once the final document is provided.

Exceptions for Refunds

We will issue a 100% refund under the following circumstances:

• Technical Failure: You paid for the service but the PDF failed to generate or download due to a server error on our end.
• Double Deductions: If a payment gateway glitch caused you to be billed twice for the same transaction.
• Gross Inaccuracy: If the AI produced a document entirely unrelated to the facts you provided (subject to review by our support team).

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email help@lawly.store within 3 days of purchase. Provide your Transaction ID and the specific reason. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
