Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Lawly, our goal is to provide a seamless and effective automated legal notice drafting experience. We stand behind the operational integrity of our software. Please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for a Full Refund
We issue 100% Refunds in the following scenarios:
- Technical Failure: If you paid for a notice but the system failed to generate or deliver the PDF due to an internal server error or AI platform outage.
- Unusable Formatting: If the generated legal notice is entirely corrupted, blank, or formatted so poorly that it cannot be reasonably served to the opposing party.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Because Lawly delivers a digital/software-based service instantly upon payment, we cannot issue refunds in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: If you decide not to send the notice after it has been generated and delivered to you.
- User Errors: If the notice contains factual inaccuracies or typos based on the data you inputted during the generation step.
- Unfavorable Outcomes: We provide a drafting service, not legal representation. We do not refund fees if the opposing company ignores the notice, refuses to settle, or if you lose a subsequent court case.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please email support@lawly.store within 7 days of your transaction. Include your Order/Job ID, the email address used, and a brief description of the technical failure.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
