Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 20, 2026
Welcome to Lawly. By accessing our website (lawly.store) or using our automated legal document generation platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Legal Disclaimer: No Attorney-Client Relationship
Lawly is an automated legal technology platform. We are NOT a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, representation, or legal opinions. Our service uses artificial intelligence to compile user-provided facts alongside standard statutory templates (e.g., Consumer Protection Act 2019). Using Lawly does not create an attorney-client relationship. If your matter is complex, involves high monetary stakes, or requires specialized representation, you should consult a qualified advocate licensed in India.
2. Use of Service
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when generating a notice. You bear sole responsibility for the factual claims made in any document generated by our service. You explicitly agree NOT to use Lawly to:
- Generate frivolous, extortionate, or strictly harassing notices.
- Falsify evidence, forge documents, or impersonate another individual.
- Violate any local, state, or national laws.
3. Intellectual Property
The Lawly platform, including its codebase, AI prompt matrices, UI/UX design, and branding, are the exclusive property of Lawly. The resulting generated Notice PDF is yours to use for your specific dispute, but you may not resell, white-label, or commercially distribute our generated templates.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lawly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform. We do not guarantee any specific real-world dispute resolution, out-of-court settlement, or court ruling from the dispatch of our notices.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of this platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
